Cancellations
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date. Late cancellations may incur a 1 night room charge.
Children & Extra Beds
Children welcome. No charge for childen under 2 years. All older children or adults are charged NZD 15 per person per night for extra beds. Extra beds are available upon request and need to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Port-a-cot available on request at no extra charge. Charges are for 2 people when sharing the Queen bed. Extra charges may apply if using an extra bed.
